Flourish & Prosper ("we", "us", "our") runs flourishandprosper.net and sells the digital workbook Find Your Path. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights. Questions: hello@flourishandprosper.net.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email, billing details, and the items you ordered. Your full payment-card details are handled directly by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number.
- When you contact us or join our email list: your email address and anything you choose to send us.
- Basic usage data through our store platform, to keep the site working and understand what's popular.
Why we use it
- To process your order and deliver your download.
- To provide customer support and reply to you.
- To send updates or offers only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the business — for example Shopify (store and checkout), our payment processor, and our email provider — and share data with them only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to fulfil your order and provide support, plus any period required by law (such as tax records).
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to certain uses — just email us. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase and use of products from Flourish & Prosper ("we", "us") via flourishandprosper.net and our Shopify checkout.
The product. Find Your Path is a digital PDF workbook delivered as an instant download. When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal use, including printing it for yourself. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or republish it.
Not medical advice. Find Your Path is an informational self-organisation tool. It is not medical advice and does not replace care from a qualified healthcare practitioner. Nothing in it diagnoses, treats, or prescribes. If you are experiencing the symptoms listed on the workbook's red-flag safety page, seek medical care promptly. You use the workbook at your own discretion.
Pricing & payment. Prices are shown in GBP at checkout. Payment is handled securely by our payment provider.
Availability. We aim to keep the product available and the download working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Refund Policy
Find Your Path is an instant digital download. Because you get immediate access to the file, all sales are final once the download has been accessed. By purchasing, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the standard 14-day cancellation right for digital content once the download begins.
That said — we want you to be happy. If your file won't open, downloads incorrectly, or there's a genuine problem, email us at hello@flourishandprosper.net and we'll fix it or make it right.
