These terms govern your purchase and use of products from Flourish & Prosper ("we", "us") via flourishandprosper.net and our Shopify checkout.

Our products. Flourish & Prosper publishes digital PDF guides (currently Find Your Path and The Fertility Blueprint), each delivered as an instant download. When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that guide for your own personal use, including printing it for yourself. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or republish it.

Not medical advice. Our guides are educational, informational self-organisation tools. They are not medical advice and do not replace care from a qualified healthcare practitioner. Nothing in them diagnoses, treats, or prescribes. If you are experiencing any symptom that worries you — or any red-flag symptom noted in a guide — seek medical care promptly. You use the guides at your own discretion.

Pricing & payment. Prices are shown in GBP at checkout. Payment is handled securely by our payment provider.

Availability. We aim to keep our products available and downloads working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
